Lycoming College is hiring a Senior Director of Campus Life to work within its Student Affairs & Success Division. The Senior Director of Campus Life at Lycoming College serves as a student-centered, visionary educator and community builder. This live-in leadership position plays an essential role in cultivating a robust, inclusive, and developmentally rich campus culture that supports students' academic, personal, and social success.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Higher Education/Student Affairs, Counseling, Public Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in student affairs, with demonstrated leadership in at least two of the following: residential life, housing, student conduct, community standards, student engagement, or FYE.
- Experience supervising professional staff and managing complex departmental operations.
- Strong crisis management skills, with experience in on-call leadership.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive excellence and identity-aware leadership.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check annually in compliance with the College's insurance regulation requirements and the ability to operate campus safety vehicles.
- Successful completion of ACT 153 Clearances.
