Lyka is an Australian pet wellness company that's shaking up the industry. They're looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Vet Nurse) to join their team. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues, and providing information on dog nutrition and wellness.
Requirements
- 2+ years' practical experience in a clinic or practice (or similar)
- Experience in a customer-facing position with problem-solving and issue resolution
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Well-versed verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using a computer and touch typing
- Organised with high attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new topics
- Resilient and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
