Job Description
Lyra Health is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to be the backbone of its Spain operations, managing financial compliance, bookkeeping logic, and international reporting while ensuring the Madrid office runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-4+ years in a role with heavy financial and administrative responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Spanish bookkeeping and tax compliance (IVA/IRPF)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets) and experience with enterprise-level systems (ERP/CRM)
- Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with flexibility and proactivity
