Head of Marketing

We are hiring a Head of Marketing and Growth to own the entire demand generation engine. This person will build and lead the marketing function, drive profitable customer acquisition for the US solar business, and turn marketing into a predictable revenue engine.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing or growth roles
• Proven B2C marketing experience
• Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets in Meta and Google Ads
• Deep analytical strengths — comfort with funnels, cohorts, CPL, CPS, CAC, LTV, and payback calculations
