Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing or growth roles
- At least 3 years in a leadership/ownership role
- Proven B2C marketing experience
- Demonstrated success in the US market
- Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets in Meta and Google Ads
- Deep analytical strengths β comfort with funnels, cohorts, CPL, CPS, CAC, LTV, and payback calculations
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing-page builders, analytics platforms, and CRMs
- Experience hiring, coaching, and managing a lean, high-output marketing team
- Excellent written and spoken English
