The Channel Account Manager is responsible for managing and supporting Lytx's partner ecosystem across the region, ensuring partners are enabled, operationally effective, and positioned to grow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in partner account management, channel support, or sales operations roles
- Proven experience working in multi-channel or partner-led sales environments
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sales, product, and operations
- Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and operational rigor
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both partners and internal teams
