As the Growth Marketing Manager for Germany & Austria, you will own pipeline generation, regional activation, and the growth strategy across the region. You will work hand-in-hand with regional SDRs, BDRs, Sales Leaders, and AEs to design, execute, and optimize programs that generate high-quality pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
- Native-level German speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- 4+ years of experience in a field-marketing or demand generation role, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and influencing revenue through integrated marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of the German and Austrian markets, preferably with proven experience targeting IT & Business decision makers at manufacturing and/or professional services enterprises.
- Skilled with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, or similar - this role is a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Collaborative, communicative, and energized by working closely with Sales, SDRs, and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical yet creative, with a test-and-learn mindset.
