M-Files is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for the DACH region to drive demand generation, regional activation, and growth strategy. The role involves collaborating with sales, SDRs, and BDRs to design and execute programs that generate high-quality pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
- Native-level German speaker with excellent English communication skills
- 4+ years of experience in a field-marketing or demand generation role
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and influencing revenue through integrated marketing programs
- Strong understanding of the German and Austrian markets
- Skilled with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, or similar
