Land Acquisition Manager

M/I Homes, a leading homebuilder, seeks a Land Acquisition Manager to acquire and develop real estate into residential communities in Southwest Florida.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or civil engineering
• 3-5 years' experience in real estate acquisitions (residential a plus)
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong budgeting skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Negotiating legal contracts
• Analytical skills
• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Project, OneDrive, and Sharepoint)
