Job Description
M/I Homes is seeking a Land Development Manager to assist with land department tasks, including due diligence, civil/grade plan review, and budgeting. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with 5+ years of experience in land development or equivalent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related curriculum
- Minimum 5 years' experience in land development or equivalent experience
- Familiarity of/experience with the homebuilding market
