Job Description
M/I Homes, a top 15 national home builder, is looking for a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer for its builder financing subsidiary, M/I Financial, LLC located in Sarasota, FL.
Requirements
- Well versed in origination and underwriting guidelines of all types of mortgage loans.
- Very knowledgeable in Conventional, FHA, and VA loan guidelines.
- Ready to take on some Volume!
- Some college preferred, and at least three (3) years of current experience in a purchase focused mortgage origination role.
- Maintains an active NMLS and Florida Mortgage Loan Originator License (or is able to obtain one).
- Ability to travel to Builder Communities within the Home Builder Division.
