Sales Associate

M/I Homes has been building new homes of outstanding quality and superior design for 50 years. The Sales Associate assists the New Home Sales Consultant in the sales process with customers, learns sales and marketing techniques, and develops essential skills. Learns, practices, and develops essential skills in sales and marketing techniques, studies and applies Company guidelines.

Requirements

• Represent M/I Homes in a professional manner
• Supports the New Home Consultant in the development of a sales and marketing business plan
• Uses selling skills acquired through company training programs
• Registers customers and inputs their information in Pivotal system
• Demonstrates models, inventory homes, and homesites to customers and realtors
• Provides customers information on community, pricing, available financing programs
• Assists the NHC in creating their marketing/business plan
