Sales Associate

M/I Homes is seeking a Sales Associate to assist the New Home Sales Consultant in capturing new home sales. The role involves learning and developing sales and marketing techniques, studying company guidelines, and assisting with monthly competitive analyses and Realtor office visits. Weekend work is required. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally.

Requirements

• Represent M/I Homes in a professional manner
• Support the New Home Consultant in developing a sales and marketing business plan
• Use selling skills acquired through company training programs with all customers
• Register customers and input their information in Pivotal system
• Demonstrate models, inventory homes, and homesites to customers and realtors
• Assist the NHC in developing working relationships with realtors
• Assist the NHC throughout the sales and selection process
