Job Description
To assist the New Home Sales Consultant in the sales process, assisting in the capture of new home sales, and developing customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Represents M/I Homes in a professional manner and supports the New Home Consultant in developing a sales and marketing business plan.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent in specialized training
- Real Estate license required
- One year retail sales experience and/or training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with persuasive, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented personality
