Job Description
Sales Associate assists New Home Sales Consultant in capturing new home sales, develops essential skills in sales and marketing techniques, and participates in sales and training meetings. Represents M/I Homes in a professional manner, supports the New Home Consultant in developing a sales and marketing business plan, and uses selling skills acquired through company training programs.
Requirements
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent
- Relevant course study in sales and marketing techniques
- Minimum of one year retail sales experience and/or training
- Real Estate license required
