Sales Associate

M/I Homes is seeking a Sales Associate to assist the New Home Sales Consultant in the sales process, learn sales and marketing techniques, and develop customer service skills. The role is a feeder position for New Home Consultant (NHC) and requires weekend work. The Sales Associate will support the NHC in developing a sales and marketing business plan, use selling skills, and register customers in the Pivotal system. The role requires a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally.

Requirements

• Represent M/I Homes in a professional manner
• Support the New Home Consultant in developing a sales and marketing business plan
• Use selling skills acquired through company training programs
• Register customers and input their information in Pivotal system
• Demonstrate models, inventory homes, and homesites to customers and realtors
• Provide customers information on community, pricing, available financing programs
• Assist the NHC in developing working relationships with realtors
• Prepare necessary documents with homebuyers
• Assist the NHC in creating their marketing/business plan
