People Partner

M3 is a leading provider of hospitality-specific software solutions. We're looking for a People Partner to join our people team, supporting employees and managers across the organization.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
• Bachelor's degree and certification in HR related educational programs strongly preferred (PHR, SHRM - CP)
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance fundamentals required
• Experience in a fast-paced technology or growth-oriented organization
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong Experience with HRIS Systems (UKG, Greenhouse, etc)
