Maaden is seeking a Manager for its Advanced Stage Special Projects function, responsible for evaluating, maturing, and advancing emerging mineral commodity opportunities. The role involves coordinating technical, regulatory, and strategic workstreams, driving project transitions, and upholding confidentiality protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mineral exploration, with exposure to greenfield and early-stage frontier projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity leading multidisciplinary teams within exploration or related technical domains.
