We are looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead our global compensation strategy and co-lead our U.S. benefits programs. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with the Chief People Officer and senior leadership to design thoughtful, competitive, and equitable reward programs that support our growth across multiple countries.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in compensation and total rewards.
- Strong knowledge of global compensation structures, job architecture, and market benchmarking.
- Experience managing U.S. benefits programs and vendor relationships.
- Experience working in multi-country or global organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
- Experience building compensation models, dashboards, and reward analytics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar platforms).
- Ability to work independently in a mid-market, multi-country organization and influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional certification such as CCP, GRP, or CEBS is a plus.
