The Total Rewards, Senior Manager is responsible for designing and executing the company's global compensation, benefits, recognition, and rewards strategy. This role oversees the design, governance, and communication of all reward programs.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a compensation strategy aligned with company goals.
- Design sales and other incentive and recognition/reward programs that reinforce culture and business objectives.
- Design and manage health, welfare, retirement, well-being, and time off programs.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and assess program competitiveness against benchmarks.
- Provide coaching and support to HR and managers on compensation practices and rewards philosophy.
- Keep current on relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Experience leading a team and driving cross-functional initiatives.
