Job Description
TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies. The Sr. Manager, Total Rewards provides functional support by overseeing the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits, compensation and total rewards management in a global company.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing total rewards strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex reward concepts to stakeholders and employees.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple compensation and benefits initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and compliant rewards administration.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation for benefits and compensation-related services.
