Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide effective customer service for internal and external customers using knowledge of our company ERP system. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, changes, and returns, preparing quotations, and providing timely and accurate information to customer requests.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in customer service or inside sales role
- Experience with ERP (Epicor, SAP, Oracle) strongly preferred
- Experience with preparing customer orders and/or handling return requests using phone and e-mail communication
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
