Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager for their El Cajon Thrift Store. The successful candidate will have previous retail management experience, be able to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations, and hold a valid driver's license. The role involves assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, providing coaching and training to employees, and maintaining good customer and donor relations.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience
- Ability to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions
- Valid Driver's license
