Store Assistant Manager - Point Loma

The Salvation Army is seeking a Store Assistant Manager for their Point Loma Thrift Store. The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, providing coaching and training to employees, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience
• Ability to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions
• Valid Driver's license with proof of insurance
• Pass background check
