Health Navigator Role Description: The Health Navigator will develop trusted relationships with patients and providers, assist with various patient-facing and administrative tasks, and help doctors focus on delivering high-quality medical care. The role requires a self-starter with a strong service mentality, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
