Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Manager to manage a diverse book of business, drive value, retention and growth, and work closely with customers to ensure full product adoption and alignment with business goals. The role involves strategic account management, product adoption, retention, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in Customer Success at a B2B SaaS or software company, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
