Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Manager (English & Spanish) to join our team at MaintainX. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to our customers and drive value, retention and growth. They will manage a diverse book of business, including both North American and LATAM-based customers, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. The role involves creating and executing success plans, delivering end-user training and enablement, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and identifying and addressing early signs of churn.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success at a B2B SaaS or software company
- Proven knack for making customers stick around with retention and growth numbers
- Top-notch communication and relationship-building skills, fluent in both English and Spanish
- Ability to lead live product demos and training sessions
- Sharp eye for spotting trouble early and turning it into wins
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to level up the customer experience
