The Engagement Manager acts as the primary liaison between MaintainX's sales and services teams, ensuring corporate clients fully understand the implementation and integration process. This role is essential for establishing a successful partnership by clearly communicating MaintainX's approach, methodologies, and timelines while inspiring confidence in the quality and reliability of our services.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or implementation roles with clients in the SaaS or technology industries.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical or procedural concepts to executive and operational audiences.
- Strong presentation, animation, and relationship management skills.
- Confirmed experience in managing client expectations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in the manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial technology sectors (a plus).
- Familiarity with the principles of Industry 4.0 and their application in maintenance engineering, smart manufacturing, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification considered an asset)
