MaintainX is the world's leading platform for asset management and workforce intelligence for industrial and frontline environments. We are seeking an Engagement Manager to act as the primary intermediary between MaintainX's sales and service teams, ensuring that corporate clients fully understand the implementation and integration process.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or implementation roles with clients in SaaS or technology industries.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical or procedural concepts to executive and operational audiences.
- Strong presentation, animation, and relationship management skills.
- Confirmed experience in client expectation management and alignment of multiple stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial technology sectors (an asset).
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and their application in maintenance engineering, intelligent manufacturing, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP certification considered an asset)
