Job Description
MaintainX is looking for a Sales Development Manager to hire, train, and build a team of successful Inbound Sales Development Representatives. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in tech/SaaS sales and a proven track record of success.
Requirements
- Prior BDR/SDR Leadership Experience (1-3 years) at tech/SaaS company
- Experience leading successful teams- proven track record in hitting stretch goals
- Scientific approach to hiring ‘A’ player SDRs with future sales exec potential
- BA degree or higher
- Ability to learn the MaintainX product within 30 days to advise customers
