Job Description

We're growing rapidly and are seeking a Sales Development Manager, Inbound Prospector to lead a new team of sales development representatives in the Montreal region.
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience in BDR/SDR (1-3 years) in a technology/SaaS company
- Experience leading high-performing teams, with proven results in achieving ambitious goals
- Ability to learn the MaintainX product within 30 days to advise customers
