Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a world-class Revenue Enablement Manager to drive impact across two critical areas of their business. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales or revenue enablement and a track record of owning programs end-to-end and delivering measurable results. The role requires strong coaching instincts, a proven track record of developing reps and managers, and the ability to operate with high autonomy.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a SaaS environment
- 3+ years as a sales professional (SDR/BDR/AE experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience facilitating live training
- Strong coaching instincts and a proven track record of developing reps and managers
- Operates with high autonomy
- Solid knowledge of modern sales methodologies
- Proficiency with sales tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Nooks, or similar
