Revenue Enablement Manager: own live onboarding facilitation, serve as enablement partner for XDR organization, design and run programs, facilitate high-quality live training, coach reps and managers, and operate with significant autonomy.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a SaaS environment
- 3+ years as a sales professional (SDR/BDR/AE experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience facilitating live training
- Strong coaching instincts and a proven track record of developing reps and managers
- Operates with high autonomy
- Solid knowledge of modern sales methodologies
- Proficiency with sales tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Nooks, or similar
