Job Description
MaintainX is hiring a Talent Operations Manager to build and lead the operational engine behind how MaintainX hires. The role involves people leadership, talent operations strategy, and tools and systems ownership.
Requirements
- 5+ years in talent operations or recruiting operations
- 2+ years managing a team of coordinators, sourcers, or specialists
- Deep expertise with a modern ATS
- Comfortable with data: building dashboards, defining KPIs, and using metrics to drive decisions
- Experience with Ashby is a strong plus
- Experience with Greenhouse migration is relevant
