Job Description
At Majestic Steel, we’re a team of problem solvers, innovators, and relationship builders. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll support our Sales team and customers by entering and managing orders, providing updates, and ensuring every detail is accurate and on time.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members at all levels
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
