Business Analyst, Fundraising Operations

Make-A-Wish Canada is seeking a Business Analyst, Fundraising Operations to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the health, financial integrity, and strategic utility of the organization's fundraising systems. The role can be based anywhere in Canada and is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business, information systems, data analytics, or equivalent experience, training and education
• 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles, with expertise demonstrated in Salesforce and nonprofit technologies
• Experience with financial reconciliation processes and understanding of fundraising data integration with accounting reporting requirements
• Ability to manage technical workstreams, vendor relationships, licensing, and service escalations
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and external partners
