Data & Reporting Analyst

Make-A-Wish Canada is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join its team. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to analyze and translate data into actionable insights, supporting fundraising, marketing, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, hybrid position with a hiring range of $75,000 - $85,000.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain standard and interactive reports, dashboards, and alerts to support business decision-making.
• Analyze donor segmentation, engagement, campaign performance, and fundraising metrics; identify trends related to attrition, donations, and mission impact.
• Develop and implement segmentation strategies to enable personalized supporter journeys and targeted campaigns.
• Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources to support cross-platform analysis and reporting.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve data quality by developing processes, resolving errors, and identifying anomalies.
• Collaborate with governance teams to ensure data collection, management, and reporting align with organizational standards and strategy.
• Prepare complex contact lists and campaign files for communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data standards.
• Maintain expertise in data models, reporting tools, and systems; provide user support and guidance on reporting and data practices.
• Partner with management and stakeholders to prioritize reporting needs and support information management initiatives and ad hoc requests.
