Make-A-Wish Canada is seeking a Digital Data Analyst (MarTech) to join their team. The role will involve using marketing and digital data to generate insights that support fundraising, growth, and donor engagement. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in data analytics, marketing, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, or a related analytical role.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in data analytics, marketing, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, marketing technology, or a related analytical role
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, R or Python, visualization tools (Power BI or other)
- Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting shared goals
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights to non-technical audiences
