Requirements
- B2B Sales Expertise: 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, owning the full sales cycle from initial lead to successfully closing high-value deals.
- Scale-up DNA: Proven experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment.
- The 'Builder' Mindset: A deep, hands-on curiosity for how things work.
- CEE Market Mastery: Significant experience navigating the CEE business landscape (specifically Poland and/or Czech Republic) with a track record of winning market share.
- Multilingual: Fluent in English and preferred one CEE language (Polish or Czech preferred).
- Strategic Hunter: A 'Founder' approach to sales; you are energized by a heavy focus on net-new business and can architect your own territory growth strategy from scratch.
- Technical Literacy: Expert-level use of CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn) for pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
