Coverflex is seeking an Account Executive to build relationships, close deals, and help companies rethink how they reward and retain their people in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, accelerating Coverflex's presence in the Spanish market, and navigating long, complex sales cycles.
Requirements
- Proven track record closing complex Enterprise B2B deals (5+ years)
- Demonstrated ability to navigate long, multi-threaded sales cycles (6–12+ months)
- Strong experience engaging C-level and senior stakeholders
- Skilled in applying structured sales methodologies
- Highly data-driven: deep experience using CRM systems
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to sell across international markets
