Job Description
Make a difference in the lives of youth by coordinating and facilitating a youth microgreens and urban agriculture workforce development program. Work on-site in Tacoma, WA, and support diverse communities in their growth and development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination or youth development
- Experience working with youth ages 16–25
- Experience working with diverse communities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience using Monday.com for project tracking or CRM
- Experience with microgreens production or urban agriculture programs
- Able to lift 30–40 lbs and perform standing, bending, and light labor indoors and outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between greenhouse, garden, and community sites
- Authorized to work in the United States
