Job Description
Making A Difference Foundation (MADF) is hiring a Rising Roots Youth Farming Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate a youth microgreens and urban agriculture workforce development program. The coordinator will work on-site across greenhouse, garden, and community locations, reporting directly to the Director of Programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination or youth development
- Experience working with youth ages 16–25
- Experience working with diverse communities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience using Monday.com for project tracking or CRM
- Experience with microgreens production or urban agriculture programs
- Able to lift 30–40 lbs and perform standing, bending, and light labor indoors and outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
