Rising Roots Youth Farming Coordinator

The Rising Roots Youth Farming Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the delivery and coordination of a youth microgreens and urban agriculture workforce development program, providing hands-on training for youth ages 16–25, focusing on microgreens production, food systems, entrepreneurship, and life skills development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination or youth development
• Experience working with youth ages 16–25
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Experience using Monday.com for project tracking or CRM
• Experience with microgreens production or urban agriculture programs
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs and perform standing, bending, and light labor indoors and outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
