Job Description
The National Sales Manager for the TURBAIR product line leads strategic sales and business development efforts across new equipment, aftermarket services, and product support for TURBAIR Vacuum Systems within a designated territory or set of accounts.
Requirements
- Build and nurture strategic customer relationships
- Drive early-stage client engagement through consultative selling and solution positioning
- Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contract finalization
- Focus on targeted applications in pulp and paper, power generation, and other industrial sectors
- Share project, product, and market insights with teams
- Continuously monitor market trends and evaluate competitive positioning
- Report on competitive activity and maintain consistent communication with customers
- Support marketing initiatives and deliver product and service training
- Represent the company at industry events
- Assist with accounts receivable collection and facilitate client communication during installation, commissioning, and warranty processes
