Mangopay is a wallet-based payment infrastructure that optimises fund flows for organisations with complex payment processes. We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of Enterprise accounts and drive growth, retention, and product adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales
• Proven experience managing Enterprise or complex accounts
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth and retention
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable insights internally
