Job Description
The Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) LLC is seeking a Program Operations Specialist for an upcoming opportunity for National Center for Health Statistics (CDC).
Requirements
- Prior experience as Project Coordinator / Deputy PM on federal IT or research programs.
- Familiarity with LCNC or workflow tools (Appian, ServiceNow, Jira) to manage tasks, approvals, and simple process automations.
- Exposure to UAT / acceptance testing, including executing test scripts, logging defects, and supporting releases.
- Comfort producing operational and financial dashboards (Excel/Power BI) for leadership.
- 3+ years in program operations / project coordination on Federal gov programs
