Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in unified communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Excellent knowledge of UC technologies such as VoIP, SIP, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco WebEx
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
