Journeyman Telecommunications Engineering Specialist, Unified Communications

MANTECH seeks a Journeyman Telecommunications Engineering Specialist, Unified Communications to join its CASTLE-NET Program team, providing administrative, operational, and management support for the CASTLE-NET unified communications infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead a team to support current infrastructure systems and assist customers with virtual instruction on communication systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in unified communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Excellent knowledge of UC technologies such as VoIP, SIP, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco WebEx
• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP Collaboration or Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator
• Familiarity with the USACE IT environment, regulatory requirements, and data security best practices
• Self-starter with excellent people skills who can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
