MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Journeyman Telecommunications Engineering Specialist, Unified Communications to join our CASTLE-NET Program team.
Requirements
- Provide administrative, operational, and management support for the CASTLE-NET unified communications infrastructure, including enterprise-level voice and video conferencing systems.
- Lead a team to support current infrastructure systems, platforms, tools, and components while ensuring all components conform to standardized setups and provide redundancy.
- Assist customers with virtual instruction on communication systems and installing and configuring handsets and video endpoints.
- Maintain detailed documentation and records of system configurations to ensure a robust and reliable communications environment.
- Work with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements and exceed the expectations of USACE end-users.
- Deliver vital solutions and strengthen the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions.
