Job Description
This is a rare opportunity to be one of the first members of a new 'Customer Experience Specialist' role. The role involves creating an experience so good that patients have to tell their friends about it. The goal is to make things happen despite ambiguity and calmly handle periods of breakneck scaling and moments of chaos.
Requirements
- Good at explaining things to people and thoughtful in all interactions
- Experience working in a customer support role within a scaling tech startup environment
- See feedback as a gift and look for ways to improve and grow
- Super organized and able to develop processes to make sure things don't miss a beat
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willing to learn and jump into unknown situations
