Job Description
Join our dynamic and fast-growing Patient Experience team as a Customer Experience Specialist. You will create an experience so good our patients have to tell their friends about us. You'll be the first person our patients speak to and advocate their voice throughout the company.
Requirements
- Good at explaining things to people and thoughtful in all interactions
- Experience working in a customer support role within a scaling tech startup environment
- Constantly look for ways to improve work and grow as a person
- Super organized and able to develop processes to ensure tasks are completed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn and jump into unknown situations
- Excited about healthcare and what MANUAL is building
